Wow, Tony Irwin was on the local CBC "Radio One" news at 10:00 a.m., I guess defending the high rents regime? Ha. But there was some other weird stuff in the CBC item - like I think (I was trying to wake up when this all happened) they had Sharlene Henry saying that 400 people signing up is good? Didn't Carmen say she had*8,000*people, during the November TAC meeting? So right off the bat something is fishy.
Note: I recorded the TAC meeting so no worries on that score. But I had trouble recording today's CBC radio thing, but I think they repeated it, or most of it, at 11:04 a.m. (eg. just now) But the repeat did not mention a CBCweb-page-and-video item!And of course - this is CBC after all - the three items did not talk to each other. Data silos! Divide and conquer!!
I am currently having trouble with my videos, but 100% I know the content is good... I should have something posted shortly, ergo give me 2 hours say. In the meantime check your local tenant group web pages. It's odd though because local groups - like the High Park T.A. - have nothing posted!
